Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your BicycleGifts.com order for any reason please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund of your purchase price (less Shipping & Handling).


All returns must receive prior approval by e-mailing us at returns@bicyclegifts.com before sending.


All returned items must be in original saleable condition. Posters must be returned in the original shipping carton. All returns will be sent at your expense unless caused by our shipping error.



Privacy Policy
We neither sell nor share your information with any outside entity. The information we collect from you is used only to process your order and to ship your merchandise. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing your information with anyone. We maintain an e-mail list of our previous customers that is used to advise of sales or new items. Use of this list strictly follows these privacy guidlines.


Shipping
Your order will usually ship within 2-3 business days after it is received. We use a number of carriers to ship by and you will be notified when your order ships and what carrier was used. Most small items are shipped USPS Priority Mail which is 2-4 day service across the country. Larger items and orders are shipped FedEx Ground with 2-5 service depending on destination. Expedited shipping via second day air is available at checkout.
