Cigarette and Cereal Bicycle Trade Cards
These are original vintage trade cards, not
reproductions
Available framed and double matted as individual
cards or in multiple groups that allow you to
create your own theme
Cigarette cards were inserted into packets of
cigarettes to advertise or promote sales. They
normally had a picture on the front and a related
description and name of the issuer on the back.
These cards were issued mainly from the late 1890’s
until the beginning of World War II, when due to
paper rationing cigarette card production
ended.
Cards
measure 1-7/16" x 2-5/8". Overall individual card
frame size is
9-3/8" x 7-3/8" and all cards are double matted.
The Player cards were issued in 1939 and the
somewhat rarer Kellog cards in 1964.
